Freelance video producer tackling complex, high-visibility projects
I help companies turn ideas, business goals, and complicated subject matter into polished videos and well-run productions.
With more than 20 years of experience in video production, I know how to bring clarity to an evolving concept, build the right team and process, and guide a project from the first conversation through final delivery.
Maybe the objective is clear, but the creative direction is not. Maybe the timeline is tight, the stakeholders are in different timezones, or the project has never been done quite this way before.
That’s where I’m most useful.
I bring creative judgment, logistical precision, and a calm, collaborative approach to productions with a lot of moving parts. I ask the right questions, identify what needs to happen next, and keep the work moving, even when the path is still taking shape.

I have worked in video production since 2004, beginning as an editor in Paris and growing into a PNW-based producer trusted with large-scale corporate productions, global brands, independent films, and in person events.
For Microsoft, I produced training and narrative series with budgets of up to $285,000 and audiences reaching more than 65,000 monthly views. I managed projects with more than 100 deliverables, led teams working in studios, on location, and remotely, and built client relationships through the Corporate Vice President level.
Notable skills I've developed in my 7+ years working for Microsoft include:
Developing production workflows for AI-generated video avatars
Integrating captioning, audio description, and ASL interpretation into production processes
As an independent producer in the Puget Sound area, I've been hired to:
Produce videos for Microsoft on a contract basis
Produce and edit videos for organizations including Databricks and WAVE Collective
Support Microsoft Ignite through coordinating a team of six leads in charge of tracking approximately 1,400 pieces of event furniture.
I also served French networks and organizations as a video editor:
Editing broadcast promotions for TF1, France’s leading commercial television network
Editing corporate and branded work for organizations including SNCF, Hennessy, Yves Rocher, Monoprix, and the City of Montpellier.
You do not need to arrive with every detail figured out. Give me the objective, the audience, and the constraints, and I’ll help define a practical way forward.
My background spans editing, filmmaking, performance, and production. I can speak with creative teams, technical specialists, business leaders, and on-camera talent—and keep everyone working toward the same goal.
Productions run better when people feel informed, respected, and supported. I build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and create an environment where people can do their best work.
I anticipate needs, surface risks early, and make decisions with the schedule, budget, audience, and final result in mind.
